Raindrops falling from heaven..

Saw this picture today (from the Sartorialist), and I just fell in love with the dress! It's amazing.. Unfortunately, it appears as though I won't be wearing anything like this for a while, for as we speak (or write) the heaven just opened, and rain came pouring down.. And here comes the thunder as well.. This can only mean one thing: today will be used on the couch, with a cup of tea, several magazines, and perhaps a few movies. I simply love Norwegian summer....

Camden, tattoos, and random boredness..

I want another tattoo.. And in Camden (London) the tattoo shops are lying next to one another down the street. I loved this (Evil by the Needle - hillarious), but I do regret not taking one..

The summer isn't really summer-ish. No warm, nice weather, no gatherings of all your friends, no spontanity. Actually, it's kinda boring. But, in two and a half weeks I'm on a plane with the destination San Francisco. I can't wait!

I need this jacket!! It is amazing.. Of course Whitney (from the Hills and the City - I'm addicted, I can't help it) is adorable and look great in it.. But Whitney, if you could find it in your heart to give it to me, I would take very good care of it, and love it with all my heart. Thank you.

I love summer.. Since I wrote a list over the things I loved with the winter, I figured I would do the same since it's summer time:
- Sun (whenever it pops out from its hiding place)
- Summer clothing - especially shorts and dresses
- Wine
- Pictures - everyone seems to smile because of the summer
- Being spontanous
- No need for a jacket - so people can actually see what you are wearing
- Living with the excitement of not knowing exactly how things will be after the summer
- General happiness

I dyed my hair blonde today.... Yeah.. I might show it to you tomorrow, if I am starting to get comfortable with it - just don't expect too much...

The summer air is soft and warm..

Yesterday's outfit.. I didn't realize how bad the top picture was until now, but.. I'm so happy, since summer is back (for the time being, at least). I've been swimming and playing around in the water today.. And now I am going to fix myself a bit (I look like a ghost beacause of the mixture of water and make-up), and go out for some beers with a few friends. A perfect summer night..

I'm taking my time for a number of things, that weren't important yesterday..

Was in Oslo today, and went by Body Map. I love that store.. Think it's my favourite store in Oslo, actually. I bought some shoe buckles (to spice up some boring shoes), and some studs, which I am planning to put on the back pocket of a pair of jeans.. I'll post the results later..

Oh, and I got my sun today!! So happy! I could finally wear something other than jeans.. I'm afraid that it'll only be for today, though..

Outfit of the day..

I am starting to get really tired of this weather!! No sun in sight, only rain.. I am actually wearing jeans.. The only thing in denim I want to be wearing these days, are denim shorts. I'll try not to complain, but seriously, some sun would be nice.

Going to Oslo for my visa-interview for my moving to USA. Wish me luck..

I am completely in love with this grey nailpolish I bought at Urban Outfitters in London. I regret not buying it in every single color.. I suppose they have Urban Outfitters in San Francisco as well, so I just might buy some there when I move.

I also wanted to show you guys these. I've posted them with an outfit a few days back, but here you get a much clearer look at them. I adore these earrings, so simple, yet so cool.. Awesome.

(Right this minute, a chai latte and Vogue is simply perfection after a 'hard' day at work).

I love this dress! I've been looking for a lace dress forever - I couldn't even find one in London. I want this one.. Kate Moss looks amazing in it. And I am sure that it's not at all expensive......

It's only teenage wasteland - they're all wasted..

The plans I had last night were postponed 'til today, so in a few minutes I'll be going over to Julie with a bottle of vodka, and some good music. Not too bad.. No need for overdressing exactly, so I'm wearing this simple top, with ripped jeans, and (as usual) lots of jewlery.. If I'm not wearing jewlery of any kind (or nailpolish) I feel kinda naked.

This is what happens when you let me loose in London (practically) all alone, with no sense of responsibility. I can tell you; the Van Halen and Coke-picture was not a good day at all! Thank god we were just going to Camden (which I honestly feel is a place where I belong more than in Oxford street).

For this weekend I am planning to spend my Saturday night with a few friends, listening to music and having some drinks. Anyone with any exciting plans?

On days like this, when it's so freakin' hot, it's best to just keep it simple.. Not only do I not have the energy to figure out what to wear, but too much clothes would simply make me melt. So a jeans shorts and a simple tee, and some jewlery (bought in London) is basically all I need to be happy these days. I am mostly a dress-kind of girl, but I suddenly wear shorts a lot. I suppose we all have our favourite clothes in different periods.
